If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable, as they help secure your appointment and ensure we are able to serve you with the utmost attention.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your transformation. If for any reason you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address any concerns, but please note that we do not offer refunds on services or deposits.
