PHD Hair Solutions provides premium-quality hair extensions, wigs, and specialty hair products. Due to the nature of these items and hygiene standards within the beauty industry, all sales are final.

All hair, wig, extension, and custom unit purchases are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• opened or worn products
• custom-made or altered units
• sale or promotional items
• incorrect purchases made by the customer

If a product arrives with a verified manufacturer defect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. Approved cases may qualify for exchange only.

Chargebacks or disputes initiated without proper communication and product return verification will be formally contested with transaction documentation and delivery confirmation.
