I-Tips are for the client who doesn't want a foundation on her head. Instead of wefts sewn to braids, each strand is attached individually with a microbead. No adhesive and no heat are used to attach the strands. Because every strand is its own attachment point, the hair moves independently with your own — swept over, side to side, pulled back — rather than moving as one unit.

That independence only works in your favor if the placement is right. Before a single bead goes in, Taneasha Hines maps distribution across your head: where you need density, where you need to stay light, and where beads must sit so they stay covered in the styles you wear most. A client who lives in a center part needs a different map than one who wears her hair pulled back. Strand-by-strand installation lets that map be executed exactly, and it means fullness is built gradually instead of in sheets.

Your appointment includes a shampoo cleanse and a steam hydration scalp treatment before installation, then shaping, cutting, blending, and finished styling. The cutting is what makes individual strands read as one head of hair.

Styling versatility is real, and it is individual. How much you can pull back, part, or lift depends on your own hair's density, the coverage installed, and where the beads are placed — all discussed openly at your consultation, so what you leave with matches how you plan to wear it.

Extension hair is included. The $1,650 base investment includes extension hair for a medium-density installation. If your desired result or your natural density calls for additional hair, those requirements and the final investment are determined during your Extension Consultation.

Maintenance: Professional maintenance appointments are typically recommended every 6–8 weeks, based on your natural hair growth, home care, and your individual installation. That schedule is what allows your installation, the attachment areas, your natural hair, and your new growth to be professionally evaluated and maintained appropriately.
