During this consultation, we will assess your scalp condition, coverage needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences to determine the most suitable solution, including cranial prosthesis and medical wig options. For existing wearers, this is an opportunity to review your current unit, discuss how long you have been wearing it, your maintenance routine, and identify any areas that may need adjustment or professional care.

This consultation also ensures alignment prior to booking services such as cranial prosthesis application or maintenance, including removal, cleansing, and reapplication.

Your consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment and covers your personalized assessment, professional recommendations, service planning, and expert guidance.

Consultation Policy

If you decide to move forward with your cranial prosthesis or medical wig service and reserve your appointment on the same day as your consultation, your full $297 consultation fee will be applied toward your service deposit.

If you choose not to move forward, your consultation fee is non-refundable, as it compensates for the professional time, expertise, and customized plan provided during your visit.
