Designed for anyone experiencing hair thinning, shedding, alopecia, scalp changes, or loss of density, this is an in-depth, one-on-one experience with a Certified Trichology Practitioner. Before choosing any solution, we take the time to understand the root cause — because lasting results begin with knowing what your scalp and follicles are actually telling us.

This is an educational, deeply personalized experience, not a rushed appointment. Together we'll look closely at the health of your scalp, follicles, and hair behavior to identify what's contributing to your concerns and the most appropriate path forward.

This consultation includes:

• Digital scalp and follicle analysis using imaging technology

• Review of hair history, lifestyle factors, and hair care practices

• Evaluation of scalp health, density patterns, and growth activity

• Professional prognosis based on trichology principles

• Guidance on potential contributing factors, including wellness and deficiencies

• Treatment pathway recommendations and next-step planning

• Visual scalp images for personal reference and progress tracking

You'll leave with genuine clarity: a clear understanding of what's happening with your hair, why, and a personalized roadmap of recommended next steps — so you can move forward feeling informed and confident rather than overwhelmed.

Trichology Consultation Policy

This comprehensive consultation includes an in-depth review of your hair and scalp concerns, relevant history, scalp imaging and analysis, vital assessments when appropriate, professional findings, and personalized recommendations.

The consultation fee is nonrefundable because it compensates for the professional time, expertise, assessments, and customized guidance provided during your appointment.

When you enroll in an eligible recommended trichology treatment plan within seven days of the consultation, the consultation fee may be applied toward that plan. It does not apply toward individual products, standalone treatments, hair-replacement services, or appointments outside the recommended plan.

Treatment plans and outcomes vary by client. No diagnosis, cure, or guaranteed hair-regrowth result is promised.
